THE THANG: To celebrate YHC 20th wedding anniversary, we performed 20 reps of the following exercises.
For lower body: goblet squats, deadlifts, thrusters, swings, lunges (10 per leg).
For upper body: overhead press, floor press, halos, kettlebell merkins, bent over rows, high pulls, curls.
For core: American hammers (single count), figure eights, kettlebell WW2’s, kettlebell flutter kicks.
For grip strength: farmers carry around the small island.
Got through all exercises twice except for farmers carry.
