THE THANG: we moseyed over to trashmore for a suicide the event up trashmore. We partnered up and I had 3 sets of cones set up 35 yards apart. 1 partner ran up and back while his partner exercised.

We met at the bottom after the 3rd set and then ran to the middle and I had three more cones set up 35 yards apart.

1. Burpees
2. Jump squats
3. WW2’s

We met in the middle and ran to the final cone up trashmore and then worked our way back down.

At the bottom we did 20 chuck norris merkins. We also added in 15 burpees along the way.
