Since Pi is infinite, we’ll focus on 3 rounds of 14 reps for each exercise.
Round 1 – The Crust (Foundation/Core Strength)
- Goblet Squats (14 reps)
- Kettlebell Deadlifts (14 reps)
- American Hammer (with KB) (14 reps per side)
- Run a lap
Round 2 – The Filling (Upper Body & Stability)
- KB Swings (14 reps)
- KB Shoulder Press (Single Arm, 7 per side)
- Bent-over Rows (7 per side)
- Run a lap
Round 3 – The Topping (Power & Explosiveness)
- KB Snatches (7 per arm)
- KB Thrusters (Squat to Press) (14 reps)
- KB Halos (7 each side)
- Run a lap
“Pi Finisher” (3 minutes, 14 seconds AMRAP)
- 3 Turkish Get-Ups (per side)
- 4 Burpees (Because everyone loves a little extra pain on Pi Day!)
