WARMUP: Stretching, Windmill, Squat Thrust, Hillbilly, Deep squat, runner stretch

THE THANG: After getting coupons, we brought them back to the parking lot. We moved the coupons through 5 stops and exercised at each in the following manner:

– Curls – carry the rock to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– Overhead Press – rifle carry the rock to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– Tricep extensions – carry the rock to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– Merkins (no rock) – mosey to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– Heavy Squats – carry the rock to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– Suicides – Going to the last cone first
– Squats (no rock) – Lunges to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop
– WWII (no rock) – Mosey to all the next cones and performing the prescribed amount of reps at each stop

Put the coupons back and came back for 50 LBCs with feet on the benches, 20 Freddie Mercury, 15 Zombie Crunches each side, 20 L/R Step Ups
