We formed 2 lines and did a Native people run from parking lot to 2nd parking garage.
THE THANG: 4 Corner Escalator
We started in the bottom corner of the parking garage and worked our way to the top by stopping in every corner to do exercises.
- First set of exercises were Burpees. We did 2 in the 1st corner, 4 in the 2nd corner, 8 in the 3rd corner, and 16 in the 4th corner. (We did this same format for the remainder of our exercises, just increased the reps)
- 2nd set of exercises were Merkins. We did 4/8/16/32 reps.
- 3rd set of exercises were Squats. We did 6/12/24/48 reps.
- 4th set of exercises were Flutter kicks. We did 8/16/32/64 reps.
We had to work our way back down the parking garage, so we repeated the same exercises going back down, but cut the reps in half.
- Burpees 1/2/4/8 reps
- Merkins 2/4/8/16 reps
- squats 3/6/12/24 reps
- Flutter kicks 4/8/16/32 reps
We moseyed back to the Flag.
