THE THANG:
mosey to the rocks and picked up nice travel rocks for dora exercise: 100 merkins (hand on a rock), 200 squats with the rock, 300 LBCs with the rock. All traveling was done with the rock (that’s why it’s called traveling rock). We continued with small set of seventh: deep squats + burpees up the hill.
