THE THANG: it took a moment for YHC to acclimate to the group pace of the evening summer workout.
Set of 7’s to start on the hill. Merkins & Box Cutters.
Mosey to an open rock pit pick a non traveling stone. Performed a 3 Minute Strength, 2 minute cardio, 1 minute abs circuit.
Spent the majority of the workout doing 25 reps of various rock exercises, moseying 60 yards, working a different body part without weight, then repeat.
Made our way towards the shelter to do 25 L-R step ups, where Sharkbait joined us. Finally, back to the circle to count off 10 second planks, and demotivator to five.
Worked everybody apart without overdoing the pace.
