WARMUP: The usual suspects, taking turns choosing the exercises
THE THANG: With no Q signed up, we collaborated on a 3-man Dora-esque workout.
- Carry a 50 lb sandbag, 25 lb kettlebell, and 35 lb kettlebell down the greenway to the parking lot
- One PAX counts the reps of a given exercise while the other does AMRAP kettlebell exercises and the other carries the sandbag in a loop around the parking lot.
- The sandbag carrier relieves the counter, the counter relieves the kettlebeller, and the kettlebeller takes the sandbag for a stroll.
- We made it through several rotations:
- Merkins / Curls
- LBCs / Upright Rows
- Goblet Squats / One Arm Bent Rows
- Flutter Kicks / Asymmetric Chest Press (one arm pressing 25 lbs, the other pressing 35 lbs)
- Mountain Climbers / Kettlebell Swings
- Return to the Flag
