2 mile run and every 1/4 mile we stopped to do exercises starting with Thing:
1 burpee, 5 merkins, 10 squats, and 15 LBCs. Each 1/4 mile we doubled the initial reps until reaching 4 burpees, 20 merkins, 40 squats, and 60 LBCs, then moved back down the ladder.
