THE THANG:
Mosey to the Wall by the entrance of the Church.
Thang 1: In Pairs, First 30 reps of Merkins, Squats and WWII (Abs)
Partner 1 – People’s Chair while critiquing form of Partner 2 who was performing well executed Merkins, Squats and WWII. 3 sets of 10 each for each exercise.
Thang 2: As individuals. Ran the Suicide, coming back each time from 4 placed cones, 15 steps apart, completing a total of 50 reps of each (Merkins, Squats and 4 count LBCs)
Thang 3: Moseyed over to the hill, ran down and back up three times, each time performing the last 20 reps of each exercise (Merkin, Squats and 4 count LBCs)
