Thang 1 – With 4 Cones spread 10 long steps apart, we did a Suicide Run and at each stop doing 10 x the exercise with 20 reps on the last cone, for a total of 100 reps each.

Round 3: Sumo Squats at each stop
Thang 2 – Using a Tabata Time (4 rounds of 30 work/10 rest)
