Today’s winning group completed it in 17:29, which would have only finished THIRD. Steamroller from Suncoast completed it in 16:55 and Tatanka from Manlington completed it in 17:23. Unreal.
We then moved on to a truncated Week 3 – Chris Kyle. This was intended to be a 40-minute AMRAP workout, so we did 10 minutes and multiplied our scores by 4.

Every 5 minutes, pause and run out 25 yards, do 5 Burpees, run back, and resume where you left off.
We stopped the clock at 10 minutes.
Our winning team completed 485 reps, which would extrapolate to 1,940, which wouldn’t have broken the top 3. G-String from Franklin did (supposedly) 2,295 reps, Princess from Franklin was 2,048, 3 Tab from Race City was 1,960 and the Respect winner was Spooky from Churham with 1,843.
