When we run around and then do circuits with 3 different skateboards.
10 Wide grip muricans on each skateboard, 10 staggered squats with each log on each board, 10 jackknives with boards then mosey
10 narrow grip muricans per each board, 10 side squats with each leg, 10 homer to Marge’s with each board then Mosey around
10 staggered muricans with each arm on each board, 10 reverse board lunges with each leg per a board, 3 ab roll outs with each board.
