WARMUP: the regular suspects
THE THANG: Mosey to Hammock park and felt the force of the wind this morning. Arrived at park for Morning call with pull-ups and Carolina Dry Docks starting with 10 and descending by 2. The Final 2 pull-ups were done on the slow count of 20 seconds per a pull-up. Mosey back to the AO site.

5 Gallon water bottles were revealed and a new wind-sheltered area was located. Since we had 6 pax, Q took a page from Green Thumb’s recent Q and 3 person Dora’s were announced. The count was 100 squat thrusters, 150 merkins, 200 squats, 300 lbc’s while the mode of travel was Farmer’s carry with 2 water bottles, while the third pax SSH or back scratchers.

With the time remaining we circled up for 2 sets of 10 curls, overhead presses, and heavy WW2’s while 2 pax held the plank hold.
