THE THANG: 17 Ghouls & Goblins searched for pumpkins while jamming out to Halloween classics & other no so classic tunes.
Mosey to Suck Bricks, 10 Dips, Frankenstein Walk 50 meters, 31 Plank Jacks. Invert Rep count for Round 2.
Mosey around school, stops for 10 Burpees, 31 Monkey Humpers, then all of a sudden a mysterious pumpkin was found along the tree-line, where a card & an Ace bandage were left for Deductible.
We ventured through the woods to find a far off F3 jack-o’-lantern that called us to do 10 Plank Destroyers, & 31 Squats.
Moseyed to back of school, knocked out 31 Meekins, then bear crawled the 50 yard dirt track to the wall. There we did a 5 count Wall Sit. Afterwards, the pax performed a set of 7’s, Batwing Meekins & Star Jumps.
Finally, with 6 minutes to go, we were compelled by the opening notes of “Thriller” to cram all the abs in with a 12 move, 30 sec each set of Thriller Mary.
