ME1: 3 Rounds – 3 Exercises – 60 second AMRAP with 30 seconds to transition to next move

ME2: Partner travel
3 Rounds – 2 Exercises – 90 second AMRAP followed by 90 second travel time between sets. Partners started at opposite ends of the field and switched sides following an exercise. When they met along the path, sandbag drop and 5 squat thrusters each.

ME3: 2 Exercises – as many rounds as possible. PAX began at 5 reps for each exercise, then added 5 to the rep count for each successive round. We got to 20 each before time.
