Mosey to the dark playground. There, we did a set of 11’s. (Just the right amount or way too much, depending on who you ask).
- Pull Ups on one side
- Burpees on the other
We mosey to the parking lot. We partnered up. One Pax exercises while the other Mosey to the middle island and back.
Exercises were as follows:

8. American Hammers
We Mosey to the wall. There we did the following exercises:
10 – Decline Merkins
10 – Count people’s chair
5 – Count balls to the wall
10 – Shoulder Tap (L+R=1)
Mosey back to the flag.
