THE THANG:
Divide the paxs into 2 groups. We did an indian run to the big shelter where we did:

  • 10 – Box Jump
  • 15 – Derkins
  • 20 – Dips
  • 10 – Step Ups (each leg)


Continue with Indian run to big hill, where we did an exercise, Mosey to the middle, did same exercise, mosey to the top. did same exercise then Mosey back to the bottom Repeat thos sequence for every exercise.
Exercises were as follow:

  • 5 – Burpees
  • 5 – Mike Tyson
  • 5 – WW2


Then, we Mosey to the small hill and did a set of 7’s.

  • Merkins at the bottom
  • Flutter kick (IC) at the top


We started our journey back to the flag in an indian run fashion. Stopped along the way and did 5 burpees to wait for the 6.
