Weighted ball relay (divide into evenish teams).
- Clean lift, twist, hop over the ball (can repeat a few times)
Wheel of Doom
- Each team has to complete 6 Spins of the Wheel. The team can share the reps if any team member needs help. Under 14 can divide reps in half
Battle ball, using soccer balls
- Ultimate frisbee rules, drop the ball, and 3 squat jumps
- If you are 13 and under (middle school), if you receive the ball in the end zone it’s worth 2 points instead of 1.
- If you are 13 and under, you can run a lap around the field, and then touch any adult, and they have to do 10 clean lifts in the lift zone.
