Warm ups

Split into teams
Grab weighted balls
Person in the back of the line passes the ball every 30 seconds to the field

Run to shelter – Dips, and Step ups/Billy Blanks Style

Teams of 3, 4 or 5 – Increase to total reps of (25) – Team of 5 at start at 11 count, Team of 4 start at 14 count, Team of 3 at 17 count

Sardines Relay
Setup at track. Spread out evenly over track,
Add one rep for each person until you get to 25
When you finish your reps, take a lap. If you beat your teammate on the run, you get a lower rep count. (11, 14, 17 for 5, 4 and 3 member teams)

  2. 15 Cleans throw over the shoulder

  4. 15 American Hammers (each side is one)

People’s chair sitting with your team, pass the weighted ball from one side to the other and back for each team. Count each completion. 8 for team of 5, 10 for team of 4
