We moseyed towards trash mountain and worked out at base.

Thang 1

On each side of the median with a bear crawl in between OYO

• 10 burpees
• 20 merkins
• 30 plank jacks

Afterwards we grabbed a partner and rock to head up Trashmore. One Partner held the rock above their heads and switched off until reaching the top.

Thang 2

While one partner rain the other worked until reaching

• 25 shoulder presses
• 50 curls
• 25 weighted squats

Then while paired up each partner did

• 25 derkins
• 25 Tricep Extensions
• 25 lunges
• 25 dips

Moseyed back down to the base of Trashmore to deliver the rocks.
