WARMUP: SSH, Merkins, Daisy Pickers, Seal Claps, Plank + Calf Stretches.
THE THANG: PAX started with 25 sandbag deadlifts. Then performed Indian ruck with last PAX performing 3 ruck squats before shuffling to the front. Indian ruck was done around the 200m loop twice. PAX then performed the following exercises EMOM with one minute of exercise and one minute rest. Exercises performed were ruck thrusters, ruck overhead presses, ruck flutter kicks, American hammers with ruck, sandbag merkins, sandbag deadlifts, and heavy squats. PAX then performed another Indian ruck around the 200m loop twice.

A very warm welcome to FNG, Mr. Hankey! Mr. Hankey was EH’d by Green Thumb to attend this morning’s workout. I’ll admit this particular Q of mine wasn’t my best, as I was trying some different things (hence it went off the rails), but I appreciate the humor it brought to the group. Being a leader can involve showing humility from time to time. If you’re gonna fail, fail forward! Thanks everyone and great work!
