WARMUP: SSH, Windmills, WMH, Seal Claps, Sir Fazios.

THE THANG: Mosey to the dam where we used the deck of death cards. Card was drawn and that exercise was done Tabata style, with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, with the exception of distance exercises. Mosey pack to parking lot and finished with one minute of yoga poses.

MARY: Deck took care of that.
