Circuit 1: Strength & Power

  1. Kettlebell Goblet Squat – 20 reps
  2. Kettlebell Swings – 20 reps
  3. Kettlebell Deadlift to High Pull – 20 reps


Circuit 2: Upper Body & Core

  1. Single-Arm Kettlebell Press (Each Arm) – 10 reps
  2. Kettlebell Bent-Over Rows (Each Arm) – 10 reps
  3. Kettlebell American Hammers– 20 reps (10 per side)


Circuit 3: Conditioning & Core

  1. Kettlebell Snatches (Each Arm) – 10 reps
  2. Kettlebell Reverse Lunges – 20 reps
  3. Kettlebell Figure 8s – 20 reps


MARY: Skipped Mary for 5 minutes of stretching.
