Q: Green Thumb (Respect Week)

The Thing: Carrying our rucksack and sandbag of choice, we moved around Joyner Park at varying intervals stopping to complete the following sequence of AMRAP exercises
Over-Head Squats
Ruck V-Ups
Ruck Curls
Clean & Press with sandbags
Ruck Swings
AMRAP for 40 seconds each, 20-sec rest, then next exercise.
We covered approximately 1 mile and 3 stops for AMRAP cycles.
