WARMUP: The usual suspects
THE THANG: PAX, accompanied by a soundtrack of Led Zeppelin, were instructed to race across the width of the soccer field, stopping at each cone and perform a deconstructed burpee (air squat, groiner, merkin, bobby hurley) and then perform the remaining portions of the BLIMPS starting with Lunges. Once we built all the way up to the squats, we deconstructed and went down till there was only the lunges left. For the deconstructed burpees we started with 1 and went to 5 and deconstructed those and went to 5 and then back to 1. We then did a lap and and ran back to the flag.
