WARMUP: Following a warm-up of SSH, Good Mornings, Michael Phelps, SFAC, Willie Mays Hays, we headed over to grab coupons and traveled to field behind church.

THE THANG: Today we deconstructed burpees with a travel being murder bunnies. Cones were set up 10yds (later 7 yds) apart. PAX traveled to first cone and did one merkin, then to next cone for squat thrusters, then to last cone for jump squats. The travel back was a rifle carry. The goal was to increase rep each round till 10. Some exceeded that number and started back down until YHC called it to return back to the flag.
