WARMUP: Following a brief warm-up of some music that surprised the PAX, we took our KB and speaker and headed to a hill across the street for the Thang.

THE THANG: PAX partnered up for a DORA like workout, where one PAX traveled up hill, while the other partner worked on an exercise. Then PAX switched.
Exercises included: goblet squats, KB swings, avalanche, deadlifts, gorilla row, deadlift -> high pull, suitcase carry march, halo, figure 8, alternate snatch.
Unfortunately, the hill we choose wasn’t long enough to make the workout last the entire time, so, we went to the hill where YHC debuted this workout. I remembered why it sucked so much. PAX agreed.
