Following warm up we went right to
THE THANG:
We targeted arms and legs and then did a round of KB specific exercises. We did three different exercises and did reps of 20, 10, 20, and then 10.
Arms
Curls, Triceps, Overhead press (i think?)
Legs
Sumo squats, deadlifts, single leg suitcase squats
KB Specific
Halo, Around the World, Figure 8
Unfortunately we didn’t quite get through an entire set of the last round, but that’s a ok. A good time was had by all as we enjoyed the self-titled debut album by the Ramones, released on this date in 1976.
