Started the warm-up with no PAX present until Char-Grill stopped by before his run.
YHC continued with the planned workout and Char-Grill returned with his dog and they completed the last 15 minutes with me.
I won’t share the workout. It was so good and I hate more PAX weren’t involved, so, you will be seeing this again. It was SOLID!!
