“Tee” holding for 3 seconds.
Walking the line, one foot in front of the other, turn the head to the side.

THE THANG: Ventured out onto the greenway
Stop 1: 15 Dips down by the raging head wall.
Stop 2: Hand release merkins and box cutters.
Stop 3 – (canoe/kayak drop-in):
Two rounds of: Irkins, Homer to Marge, and Derkins and box cutters.
Stop 4 – Falls of Neuse overpass:
One round of: Curls, American Hammers, Rows, WW3 and overhead press.
Stop 5 – switch back hill up to Falls of Neuse.
Stopped halfway for a set of 7’s. One group went up the hill and one went down the hill. We switched sides on the return: Diamond Merkins and Freddie Mercury (IC).
Stop 6 – (canoe/kayak drop-in): round of curls, hammers, rows, and WW3.
Stop 7: Hand release merkins and box cutters.
