THE THANG:
Team challenge HITT, 2 rounds of each, 40 seconds on 10 seconds off. One teammate runs up to the fishing pole and casts as far as they can. They return to the group, and Team Member 2 takes off, reels to the weight, and casts. Continue until you cast it into the water. The first team to cast into the water and return to the group wins. Sound Machine broke a rod, so we modified.
