Modified from the original Bonefrog from shutdown 2020, it was tweaked to keep the pax together during the event rather than an individual “get my best time” race.

WARMUP: SS hops, Imperial walkers, Hillbillies, Merkins, Downward dog/cobra stretching medley, Good mornings
THE THANG:

• Start: 25 8-ct Manmakers
• Pax ran approximately 1/4 mile in the park, then stopped to performed the following:

• 25 low slow flutters at the picnic tables
• Bear hug sandbag of choice across the small soccer field and back
• Bear crawl dragging a sandbag of choice down the small soccer field (but not back)
• 25 jumping, slick, or sandbag squats (pax choice)
• 25 merkins
• 25 World War 2’s

• Modified 1/4 mile running to half the pax carrying sandbags for next 2 movements

• 25 lunges
• Back at start point: 25 8-ct manmakers

• At this point, pax were extremely put out to again do manmakers, particularly Pawnee…
