WARMUP: ss hops, imperial walkers, hillbillies (for the full body blood flow and muscle movement warmup), arm circles, merkins and squats.
THE THANG 1:

  • 1 rep sb clean/toss
  • 2 rep sb row
  • 3 rep sb overhead press
  • 4 rep sb back squat

For the each round, reps were incremented by 1 (i.e. 2 toss, 3 row, 4 press, 5 squat). Pax moved up to 5 tosses, then back down to 1 toss.

200m recovery ruck

THE THANG 2: ok, that math got a little confusing…

  • 2 rep lateral sb toss
  • 2 rep sb get ups
  • 2 rep sb pull through
  • 2 rep sb overhead 4-ct flutters

Reps increased up a ladder: 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 reps each exercise

200m recovery ruck, 200m ruck+sb heavy carry

THE THANG 3: just enough time to do a partial THANG 1 before the end…
