5k Relay Race:
PAX broke into 3 relay teams in an attempt to break Ed Whitlock’s 70+ World Record of 18:21. The 1st team finished in 16:35, the 2nd team finished in 16:40, and the 3rd team is still finishing. Here are some more records for reference:

So PAX relay teams are faster than a single 70 year old, but slower than a 60 year old, and much slower than a high school girl.

Thang 2:
PAX split into pairs for some wall work. One PAX would perform people’s chair while partner performed an exercise, switch, repeat for the following exercises:
