On November 5, 2009, the deadliest mass shooting occurred at Fort Hood when 12 members of our military and one civilian provider lost their lives. 32 others were injured that day. Today, the PAX did an F3 version of the ‘Lumberjack 20’, a CrossFit hero WOD designed to honor these victims.

WARMUP: side straddle hops, merkins

THE THANG:
Lumberjack 20: F3

200 yard run(bunnies with first and last) in between each exercise where 20 reps were performed. Running clock for 35 mins. Those that finished cut the reps in half and ran through again.

-RDLs each leg, travel with 10 murder bunny, 90 run, 90 run , 10 red rum bunny
