THE THANG:
Starting with 2 rounds of Dora’s utilizing several cones provided by Abbott Creek for 3 different versions of gassers while partner performed another exercise:
1-regular gassers/hand release merkins
2-Side shuffle/plank opp arm/leg
3-Fwd and backward/inchworms

EMOM:
add a rep each min: starting at 4:
-Dry docks
-Jump Squats
-Reverse angels
-Side step ups
-burpee to finish
Built up to 9 then back down to 4
