To celebrate international Mount Everest day PAX would venture through our own version of the magnificent climb.

WARMUP: SSH, WMH

THE THANG:
After a quick warm up, PAX moseyed over to base camp(suck blocks) for a quick acclimation time of CLIMB
C: crab Dips(20 in cadence)
L: lunge jumps(10 each leg)
I: iron cross(20)
M: mountain climbers(20 in cadence)

PAX then established a partner and moseyed to Camp 1 to grab a brick per pair.
Due to the danger of today’s climb, safety precautions were taken with all PAX learning CPR:
Using block: 10-15 reps of bicep Curl to overhead Press to tRicep extension. Partner performed a Mary until CPR was complete.

After moseying to Camp 2: base of trashmore, partners performed block taps from a plank position(100 total) as final prep before the ascent.

PAX then proceeded to ascend to the top of trashmore using 5 markers and various methods of travel and carry with blocks:

1: overhead carry-block; partner run to cone and back
2: goblet carry-block; partner lunging
3: single arm carry; partner bear crawl
4: overhead carry; partner run to the cone and back
5: goblet carry; partner lunge
**along the way various PAX went down and CPR was performed successfully 4 times

At the top of trashmoore, tubetop called low slow flutters and 39 bday burpees to finish.

All PAX returned to COT safely
