Mosey up the hill- 5 irkins alt 5 plank jacks on each step
Pax we’re glad to be done with the steps and moseyed to the far end of the day and down the hill to find a rock.
Hill: medium rock: overhead
11s with hill sprint and mosey down
-Head/shldr/knee/toes: DL to thigh, front raise, pull to chest, overhead, tricep, pull to chest, press, down to thigh, to ground
-squat jump
Pax moseyed to picnic tables for alternating sets of split squats and dips: 2 x 20, 10
Pax then set up near the circle on the far end of the dam and partnered up for a Dora. One Pax ran the circle while the other performed:
-Apollo oho
-Carolina dry docks
-single leg bridges
-swimmers
Mosey back to the parking lot for some Mary’s
