It was a nice balmy 19 degrees with a 14 degree wind chill on this Thursday morning so to keep the PAX from threat of frostbite we kept things moving. 1/16/25 is ‘national nothing day’. So, in the F3 way, we decided to break the curve and dedicate this workout to standing for ‘something’.

Warm up:
SSH
Sir Fazios
Good mornings
Calf and lunge stretch

Moseyed to the side of the school for a more dynamic warm up in lines of 4:
High knees
High kicks
Side shuffles
Bear crawl
Crawl bear

Moseyed around to in between the school for a set of dips as the final prep for the workout.

Thang:
Utilizing 4 of the islands as a track, PAX partnered up with someone on the opposite spectrum of their cardio abilities. Pax would run in opposite directions and when meeting up would perform a stack workout with the exercises below(first meeting 10 merkins, second meeting 15 squat jumps then 10 merkins…)until the end of the 6th meeting where all stacked exercises would finish. Each time PAX met, one would share something they ‘stand’ for in life.
