WARMUP: SSH, Weird Imperial Walkers with Hillbillies combo, Good Mornings, etc.
THE THANG:
Mosey to the playground and perform

  • 25 Hanging Knee Lifts
  • 5 Plank Destroyers
  • 25 Lieutenant Dans
  • Repeat

Mosey to the concrete benches and perform the following:

  • 25 Dips
  • 25 Flutter Kicks (left/right is one)
  • 25 Irkins
  • Mosey to the middle island and back
  • Repeat

Mosey to the access road and do a set of 7s with 4-count Supermans at the bottom of the hill and Parker Peters at the second light pole

Curves then turned the workout over to Money Pit for the Summer of Champions Belt Challenge for the Bandwidths. At the speed bump crosswalk, the PAX performed 20 Hand Release Merkins and 20 2-count Flutter Kicks, then circled the building counterclockwise until they reached victory lane. Congratulations to Deductible for taking the title!
