THE THANG:
- 2 laps Rucking as fast as possible
- Slick Merkins – Stop a few reps before failure.
- Weighted walking lunge with RUCK and sandbag – 30 reps total (15 each leg)
- one lap with Ruck and sandbag carry of your choice—front carry, side carry, shoulder carry, bearhug carry, etc. Mix up the carry you choose between rounds.
- Sandbag shouldering: 8 reps (4 on each side)
That’s one round. Pax did as many rounds as possible.
