WARMUP: the usual suspects
THE THANG:

  1. 2 laps Rucking as fast as possible
  2. Slick Merkins – Stop a few reps before failure.
  3. Weighted walking lunge with RUCK and sandbag – 30 reps total (15 each leg)
  4. one lap with Ruck and sandbag carry of your choice—front carry, side carry, shoulder carry, bearhug carry, etc. Mix up the carry you choose between rounds.
  5. Sandbag shouldering: 8 reps (4 on each side)
