WARMUP the usual suspects
THE THANG:PAX grabbed a non-traveling coupon and did nine squats, as many pull-ups as possible, followed by as many merkins as possible, and then ran a lap. That equaled one round. For subsequent rounds, PAX did the same but took their max number of pull-ups and Merkins’s -4 and that set the number they had to do for the subsequent rounds.
