WARMUP:
THE THANG: I had coupons on the line and cones set up on the field for our workout. At the coupons we had 10 exercises set up with 25 reps each exercise. After completing 1 set of 25, we would mosey 50 yards, then bear crawl 10 yards to the small hill and do 10 Urkins, then bear crawl 10 more yards. We would get up and AYG for 40 yards to the last cone. We then did 10 burpees, mosey 40 yards to the cone, crawl bear 10 yards to the top of the small hill, do 10 derkins, then crawl bear 10 more yards, and then AYG back to the start line. We would repeat this process through all 10 exercises or as long as you could make it. The one thing we did do was for the burpees, urkins, and derkins, they were descending(10,9,8,7,etc).
