THE THANG: moseyed over to Rosehill(next to Sanford creek elementary). I had 10 cones set up 20 yards apart going up the hill. We would hit the first cone and come back to the start. Then hit the 2nd cone, and then on the way back do the exercise again at the first cone. We would do this all the way up the hill. Exercises were as follows:

1. 5 Burpees
2. 10 Ltn Dan’s
3. 15 Merkins
4. 20 War Hammers
5. 25 Jump Squads
6. 30 Plank Jacks in Cadence
7. 35 Outlaws
8. 40 hand release Merkins
9. 45 star jumps
10. 50 LBC’s in cadence.
