WARMUP: SSH, Good Mornings, and Willie Mays Hayes
THE THANG 1: set of 35’s on the hill next to the elementary school. We did jump squats at the top and flutter kicks at the bottom(L/R =1). If possible sprint up the hill and mosey down.
THE THANG 2: Murder Bunny Suicides
At the soccer field I had cones lined up 25 yards apart, and with coupon as part of our workout we did the following:
- Murder bunny 25 yards set the coupon down and run back to the line and do 25 hand release Merlin’s and run back to the coupon
- Murder bunny 25 yards set the coupon down and run back 50 yards and do 50 star jumps and run back to your coupon
3. Murder bunny 25 yards set your coupon down and run back 75 yards and do 75 Flutter kicks (L/R =1) and run back to your coupon.
4. Some went another 25 yards of murder bunnies and then left there coupon and ran back 100 yards and did 100 side straddle hops. We then all ran back to our coupons.
THE THANG 3: we rifle carried the coupon 25 yards and did 25 curls for the girls. We then rifle carried another 25 yards and did 25 overhead presses. We rifle carried the final 25 yards and ended with 25 upright rows and returned the coupons.
We moseyed back to the flag with a stop at the pavilion to do 20 L/R step ups and 20 dips. We continued our mosey and stopped for 15 merkins and moseyed back to the flag.
