THE THANG: we did a version of the deck of death. I had a deck of cards and each suit represented the number of reps.
Hearts = 10 reps
Spades = 15 reps
Diamonds = 20 reps
Clubs = 25 reps

Each card represented a different exercise:
2 – Jump Squads
3 – Ltn Dans
4 – Lap around track
5 – Heavy Squads(w/coupon)
6 – American hammers
7 – curls for girls(w/coupon)
8 – chuck norris merkins
9 – coupon swings
10 – WWII
Jacks – Burpees
Queen – Hand release merkins
King – LBC’s
Ace – Overhead Press
Joker – bear crawl 25 yards, mosey 25 yards, crawl bear 25 yards, and mosey back to the line.

With the large group we also had to throw in some additional laps around the track as well. All together we did the following:

We drew 1 joker so we had to complete 1 set of the bear crawls and crawl bears.
5-7 laps depending on each individual

We throw in 20 steps ups while waiting on Pax
