WARMUP:
THE THANG: men joined me for my workout today, dedicated to Adam Sandler. Getting Billy Madison style workout over at the soccer field. I had the coupons out waiting for us as they were going to be part of our workout.

We would do an exercise and take a lap or half lap (up to each individual). After our lap would again do the first exercise and then had the second exercise. All exercise exercises were in reps of 12. Adding exercises and taking laps up to 12 I don’t think anyone made it to 12 but we definitely got some work done. The exercises were as follows:

  1. Side straddle hop in Cadence
  2. LBC’s in cadence
  3. Heavy squats with coupon.
  4. Merkins
  5. Box cutters
  6. Curls for the girls.
  7. Star jumps.
  8. Overhead press with coupon.
  9. World War I’s
  10. Kettlebell swings.
  11. Lieutenant Dan’s
  12. Burpee‘s
