THE THANG: Laden with various rucks and sandbags, the Pax headed to the top of the dam for 3 rounds of 4 exercises followed by an arbitrary distance ruck (SHAM-Ruck). The calls were 10 squats (ruck on), 10 hammer curls, 10 Alpos, and 10 Merkins (ruck on). Each round added five reps per call.
Next up, the Pax engaged in “Irish Car” BOMBS: 50 Burpees (slick), 100 Overhead Presses, 150 Merkins, 200 Big Boy Sit-ups, and 250 Squats. This was clearly too ambitious leading to shortened calls to the point of 25 squats for the final call.
