WARMUP: Usual suspects, Disclaimer, purpose, and values declared, then Tarzan registered his complaint for being trapped into recess (he had an accurate prediction of ultimate Frisbee).
THE THANG: Mosey to corner with Big Falls for out 1st decade remembered with 10 second count around the horn while we plank hold. Mosey to a concrete spillover of local water retention pond. 5 pax bear crawl down to first crack then crawl bear back up, then 5 LT Dans, then crawl bear down the back side and bear crawl back up for more Lt Dans while the other 4 pax runs to stops sign and back then flip flop. This routine repeats for 3 times with 20 Lt Dans being the max number between rounds.
2 decade is remembered with plank hold of 8 seconds around the horn. Mosey toward hammock park where the 3 decade is remembered with 6 count around the horn.
Morning Call accomplished with 10 pull-ups but then descend by 2 until we finish with 2 pull-ups. In between each pull-up round was 10 box jumps. This number continue until 30 box jumps were done. YHC called an audible to match the pull-up number.
4th decade remembered with 4 count around the horn. Mosey to field where the team captains of American Dad and Kubota and the stipulations of Stryper being drafted toward end. Kubota’s team still ended up stacked. Nevertheless 10 minutes of Ultimate Frisbees and as played with the end result of Tarzan saying “that wasn’t that bad” and the rest of us wishing we had more time to play instead of the other dumb things we did. The one exception was Gutterball who suddenly remembered his old chant of “I hate Sharkbait”.
MARY:
We moseyed back to the flag for our fifth and respectable decade of 2 second count around the horn plank hold.
